Our scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request you notifying us 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your first appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. The amount of the fee is determined by the amount of time we had scheduled for you.

We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer up to 12 months interest-free payment plans through CareCredit.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We are participating providers with many dental PPO insurance plans. We do not participate with any DMO or HMO dental policies. Please remember that while we do our best to verify your benefits prior to treatment, all estimated insurance benefits are just that…estimates. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith. We cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Also, note that insurance companies merge or change often. We encourage all of our patients to know their policies and to call your insurance company customer care representatives for information to avoid confusion.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 30 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance in full. Our patient coordinators, Sondra, Michelle, or Erika, are happy to explain financial and insurance matters with you.
