We love our jobs. The Silberman Dental Group embraces the concept of “patient-focused” because we sincerely care about taking care of your overall wellness. To us, it’s all about gaining your trust. You can trust you’ll receive the highest level of care in a safe environment.

The Silberman Dental Group team
  • Doing What’s Right: We’re not a “drill and fill” practice. This Waldorf dental team’s primary goal is to retain your natural teeth and provide high-quality dental services proven to last.
  • First-Class Service: Tell us your questions, fears, and desires and we’ll treat you with integrity and respect, addressing your concerns one by one with sensitivity and compassion.
  • Fun, Sincere, and Caring: You’ll notice a fun and caring atmosphere. We are perfectionists in the care we provide and love it. It’s a fun, loving environment and we show interest in all of our patients just because we care.
  • Never Rushed: We will NEVER rush you into making a decision you’re not comfortable with. We’ll educate you on what to expect, talk you through the process, and put you in charge of the entire procedure.

Practice Administrator

“Our dental practice is not a team because we work together. We are a team BECAUSE we respect, trust, and care for each other.”

My husband and I run The Silberman Dental Group as a team. We have been married for 43 years, and I was at the front desk when we first opened in Clinton, MD in 1981.

I left the practice when my first child, Joel, was born and returned when my youngest, Lauren, went to college. It is a real pleasure to be interacting with patients again. Some of the patients we see now are the same people who became my husband’s patients when we first opened the practice. Some of our patients I knew as children now bring their children.

I enjoy working with the caring team in our office. The team works to complement one another, and everyone knows their job and does it well! I feel privileged to work with each member of our team.

When not working, I enjoy reading, cooking, taking long walks, and above all, spending time with my husband, my daughter, my son when he is in town and my close friends. My close relationships are my priority at home and work. My husband and I are extremely proud of our two children, Joel and Lauren, who should call their mother more often.

“If you are not willing to learn, No one can help you. If you are determined to learn, No one can stop you.”

My name is Rebecca. I have been a Dental Assistant for eight years and enjoy every part of my job. I graduated from Metropolitan Institute of Health and Technology. I love to see patients happy and overjoyed after we can help them smile with confidence again. The energy of seeing someone happy, honestly, is why I enjoy my job the most. I am a mother of two beautiful boys. They keep me very busy and energized. I enjoy a daily jog to unwind. When I’m not unwinding, I’m spending time with my husband and sons. They are the sunshine of my day. In my free time, I am being silly and take care of myself. There is nothing like a great relaxed self-care day.

“Off the best you have, and assume the best in return.” – Denis Waitley

As a member of the dental hygiene team, I must say I am proud of where I am and who I get to collaborate with. The people here are very supportive, and I am confident that anyone who comes to this office will find this to be true.

Before being in the dental field, I was very involved in recreational and competitive dancing, from ballet to tap and everything in between! I still teach dance at a local studio to children aged three to eighteen. Part of being a dancer is appearance and expression, which is why a beautiful smile is important to me.

I have been a dental hygienist for more than ten years, with a growing passion for individualized patient care. I received my Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from The University of Maryland, Baltimore Dental College.

In giving back to my hometown, I like to participate in local community events involving free dental care. Outside of dentistry, I have a wonderful time with my loving husband, two beautiful daughters, and two playful pups at home.

“The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones that do.” – Unknown Author

My name is Chamessia, but my family and friends call me MeCe for short.

I am not a local. I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, home of Motown Records. I graduated from the University of Michigan, and I have been a dental hygienist for 13 years.

After moving to Southern Maryland, I started to look for employment closer to home. I asked my aunt, who also lives in the area, about her dentist, and she spoke very highly of Dr. Silberman and her hygienist. I checked out The Silberman Dental Group’s website, and I was even more impressed by the staff reviews and what other patients had to say about the practice. I knew without a doubt that I wanted to be part of Dr. Silberman’s practice.

Since coming to work for the practice, I have been able to utilize so much of what I learned at the University of Michigan. I have been able to provide the best of the best dental care for patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children. I’m a fan of the Detroit Lions (when they are winning) and a huge fan of the University of Michigan football team (Go Blue!).

Accounts Receivable Specialist

“To the world, you may be one person; but to one person, you may be the world.” – Dr. Seuss

As the Insurance and Accounts Receivable Specialist, I rectify accounts, post payments, and send claims. When there is a question with regard to a patient’s account, I am the one to reach out to.

I began working in the dental field three years ago after staying home to raise a family and working as a substitute teacher at my children’s school. My career began as a treatment coordinator in which I found that my love of numbers and problem-solving would make a great impact with Insurance and Accounts Receivable. The Silberman Dental Group gave me the opportunity to pursue my passion!! Everyone in our practice makes the patients feel comfortable and like part of the family.

My time away from the office is spent with my husband of 20 years, Charlie, two teenage boys, Connor & Christian, and last but not least, our sweet toddler Caroline who completed our family (Barbara refers to her as our COVID blessing). Of course, our pup Memphis keeps us on our toes, also. Cooking, enjoying a delicious glass of white wine, and a great movie with my family warms my heart.

“Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.”

The dental field has been my joy for three years now. I am a licensed Dental Assistant, and I graduated from Prince George’s Community College. I’m excited to join the amazing team here at The Silberman Dental Group, where I get to not only expand my skills alongside extremely talented doctors but also help make a positive impact on patient’s lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy life with my parents and siblings and binge-watching Netflix!!

“Our patients are like family, and I enjoy treating each one as a special individual.”

I work as our Treatment Coordinator. I assist our patients by scheduling their appointments, retrieving their insurance information, and going over individual treatment plans.

I always greet our patients with a smile and want to make them feel comfortable and at home. I enjoy catching up with our patients, especially those who have been with us for a long time. I let patients know this is a practice with a family atmosphere and they are part of our growing family! Dr. Silberman and his wife Barbara are always fun and a pleasure to work for.

During my time away from work, what I love most is time with my husband and our two boys. I am now also a “Proud Navy Mom” as my oldest has joined the Navy. I love being near and doing anything that has to do with the water or the beach. I am a true blue Dallas Cowboy fan! Dr. Silberman and I have “interesting??” conversations and joke constantly with each other. We both do love our football teams!

“Nothing can dim the light that shines from within.” Maya Angelou

I am eager to be a part of a dental team that exhorts a warm smile and heart. It is great to know that I work beside dental professionals who are as dedicated to the craft as I am. Prioritizing the patient first and making sure the visit is inviting, relaxing, and positively impactful is my goal every day as a dental hygienist.

Having a healthy and happy smile can make a difference in your everyday life. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from The University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Dentistry in 2018, I am grateful that I am capable of providing excellent care for my patients and honored to have a part in making someone’s journey that much more special.

Outside of dentistry, I enjoy the simple things in life with good food, family, friends, and my cats Nemo and Nala. I look forward to seeing a smile on my patients’ faces before they leave the office until the next time.

“Worry Less, Smile More!”

As a Treatment Coordinator, I assist with helping our patients understand the treatment recommended by our doctors and fit it into their budget.

I’ve worked in several different roles in the dentistry field, and there’s nothing that makes me happier than seeing our patients getting the smiles they deserve!

I was raised in a military family and have been fortunate enough to have traveled around the country, meeting different people and seeing different cultures.

While away from the office, I like to spend time with my family and friends, work out and eat!

“Quote coming soon!”

As Treatment Coordinator, I am happy to assist patients with maximizing their benefits. I will verify dental insurance and pre-authorize any major dental procedures. I am a Qualified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with my radiology license in the state of Maryland.

My favorite part of working with Dr. Silberman is when I receive calls from prospective patients with high dental anxiety. I can sincerely assure them that Dr. Silberman will treat them with the utmost compassion and a gentle manner.

In my free time, I love spending time with my handsome husband, our two hilarious kids, and our sweet dogs.

“They Made Me Feel Very Comfortable”
‘‘The office was very clean and bright. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. I am very nervous and was very embarrassed about my teeth; they treated me with respect and made me feel at ease. Dr. Silberman is so kind and gentle, and very easy to talk to; you feel like he really listens and cares. Thank you for making my first visit, not my last visit. I look forward to my future visits and being able to smile all the time again. You can tell the staff like their jobs and care about the people they are working with. ’’
