Do You Have a Space Where a Tooth Used to Be?

012_shutterstock_203527825__2___1_Do you have a space where a tooth used to be? It may not be possible to
save a tooth due to decay, injury or gum disease. If
you have a missing tooth, a tooth (or several teeth) can be
replaced with a cosmetic procedure called a dental implant. After an implant, patients regain the
ability to eat anything. The implant looks, feels and functions like
natural teeth. They are designed to blend in with your other teeth and can
last a lifetime.

Dental implants are also used to make dentures more secure and comfortable.

When teeth are lost, the surrounding bone most times will shrink (atrophy).
The completed dental implant can improve your smile by restoring lost
facial volume caused by bone loss.

You will need a consultation to determine if you are a candidate for
implants. There is no cost to have an examination and consultation with Dr
Silberman to discuss whether an implant is best for you.
