MEET THE TEAM
We’re professional, spunky, and are thrilled to provide you the care you deserve.
A CARING SMILE TEAM
...JUST A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT
We love our jobs – we really do. The Silberman Dental Group embraces the concept of “patient-focused” because we sincerely care about taking care of your overall wellness.
Doing What’s Right
We’re not a “drill and fill” practice. This Waldorf dental team does what it takes to get you healthy by getting it done right the first time and providing high-quality dental services proven to last.
We’re an open book! Tell us your questions, fears, and desires and we’ll treat you with integrity and respect, addressing your concerns one by one with sensitivity and compassion.
Fun, Sincere, and Caring
You’ll notice a fun and caring atmosphere. We are perfectionists in the care we provide and love it. It’s a fun, loving environment and we show interest in all of our patients just because we care.
We will NEVER rush you into making a decision you’re not comfortable with. We’ll educate you on what to expect, talk you through the process, and put you in charge of the entire procedure.

We Welcome Dr. Rebecca Triplett To Our Practice!
Born and bred in South Carolina, Dr. Triplett takes the concept of “Southern Hospitality” and integrates it into how she practices dentistry—treating each patient with respect and listening carefully to their concerns and desires, and then working with them toward the optimum result.
Dr. Triplett earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. While at MUSC, she took the time to serve others, completing an Indian Health Service externship, going on a dental mission trip, volunteering at the North Charleston free clinic and SC Dental Access Days, and providing oral cancer screenings and education at schools and community events.
After graduation, Dr. Triplett elected to continue her education through a General Practice Residency at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. There, she gained advanced training in all areas of dentistry, while providing care for an underserved population. Dr. Triplett is a member of the American Dental Association, the Delta Sigma Delta Professional Dental Fraternity, and the Academy of General Dentistry, in which she aspires to obtain her Fellowship in the coming years.
Dr. Triplett loves the variety of challenges that dentistry presents, and she enjoys the hands‐on aspect and artistry of her chosen profession. Her favorite part, though, is when she can give patients a smile that makes them smile.
Away from the office, Dr. Triplett enjoys spending time both indoors and outdoors— she’s just as happy hiking a mountain as she is settling down with a good book, although a soccer field might rank above them both. Of course, this is only when she isn’t otherwise occupied by her giant, fluffy dog, Raya. She’s more than happy to show off pictures; the hard part is getting her to stop.
REBECCA N. TRIPLETT, DMD
"Our dental practice is not a team because we work together. We are a team BECAUSE we respect, trust and care for each other."
Barbara, Practice Administrator | Woman Wearing Many Hats
My husband and I run The Silberman Dental Group as a team. We have been married for 43 years, and I was at the front desk when we first opened in Clinton, MD in 1981. I left the practice when my first child, Joel, was born and returned when my youngest, Lauren, went to college. It is a real pleasure to be interacting with patients again. Some of the patients we see now are the same people who became my husband’s patients when we first opened the practice. Some of our patients I knew as children now bring their children. I enjoy working with the caring team in our office. The team works to complement one another and everyone knows their job and does it well! I feel privileged to work with each member of our team. When not working, I enjoy reading, cooking, taking long walks, and above all spending time with my husband, my daughter, my son when he is in town and my close friends. My close relationships are my priority, at home and at work. My husband and I are extremely proud of our two children, Joel and Lauren, who should call their mother more often.

"Our patients are like family, and I enjoy treating each one as a special individual."
Sondra, Treatment Coordinator
I work as our Treatment Coordinator. I assist our patients by scheduling their appointments, retrieving their insurance information, and going over individual treatment plans. I always greet our patients with a smile and want to make them feel comfortable and at home. I enjoy catching up with our patients, especially those who have been with us for a long time. I let patients know this is a practice with a family atmosphere and they are part of our growing family! Dr. Silberman and his wife Barbara are always fun and a pleasure to work for. During my time away from work, what I love most is time with my husband and our two boys. I am now also a “Proud Navy Mom” as my oldest has joined the Navy. I love being near and doing anything that has to do with the water or the beach. I am a true blue Dallas Cowboy fan! Dr. Silberman and I have “interesting??” conversations and joke constantly with each other. We both do love our football teams!
"I love working in a profession that helps people to smile more. It is like having a super power! I enjoy working with a team of superheroes! Nothing is more rewarding than that."
Michelle, Treatment Coordinator
My name is Michelle. I am one of the first people you will see when you come into our office.
I am here to greet you with a smile, answer your phone calls, answer insurance questions and help you understand your treatment options and then get your treatment scheduled.I have been in the dental field for over 22 years. I spent the first 20 years working in an Orthodontic office but I have made the transition to dental and I am loving it. I am the mother of 5 beautiful children who are my joy. They have blessed me with 7 amazing grandchildren and I’m looking forward to more!
My life is made complete by spending lots of time with my family and being active in my church. My family and I are very big sports fans and love the Redskins, I think that might be why Doc hired me, he was being out numbered by Dallas fans. Here at the Silberman Dental Group, I have found my new home. Dr. Silberman and his wife Barbara not only love and treat their staff like family but they feel the same towards their patients. The honesty and integrity in this practice is rare in today’s world. I have never seen anything like it. I feel so blessed to be a member of such an amazing team!

Angel, Accounts Receivable Specialist
I am the Accounts Receivables Specialist for the practice. I have been doing A/R in the dental field for over 16 years. I post the insurance payments, manage billing and matters regarding finances with patients, reconcile accounts, help patients obtain financing if needed, assist the front desk when they are busy, process Care Credit transactions, manage A/R and insurance aging reports, and resolve problems with insurance companies, including appeals, to ensure patients claims get paid. I am blessed to be part of such a warm, welcoming, loving team and I have to say that I LOVE my job!! Insurances can be tricky and confusing to patients and I love helping them understand their plan. Our patients here absolutely LOVE Dr. Silberman because he’s extremely gentle, conservative, thorough, and kind. Just read our reviews!! His wife, Barbara, is so amazingly caring, understanding, and loving. She treats our team and patients as FAMILY. I’m very proud to be part of this team. All of us are very experienced and we enjoy making our patients feel at ease. We work very hard to ensure that your experience with us is the absolute best! When I’m not at work, you can find me hanging out with my family. Family is EVERYTHING to me. There’s never a dull moment in my life with my husband and our 5 amazing children! We love going out to eat together, camping, amusement parks, the beach, the movies and basically anything that involves spending time laughing together. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, but shhhh…don’t talk about that in front of Doc!!

Kayla, Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field for 10 years. My dental career started when I was just 15 years old, in high school. Growing up I always knew that I wanted to have a career in the medical field, but could never decide which path to take. During my sophomore year of high school I applied and was accepted into the dental assisting program at the James A. Forest Career and Technology Center. I then realized the dental field was exactly what I wanted to do! I have such a strong passion for dentistry and love the relationship I am fortunate enough to build with my patients; we have the best patients!
At The Silberman Dental Group we all do our best to make sure our patients receive the best care possible. We will always go above and beyond to make sure our patients’ dental experience is nothing short of great! I feel extremely blessed to work with such an amazing, erudite Doctor and team!
When I’m not working you can find me at the gym or home, spending time with my family, or at Petco with my four legged, fur baby, Lilly! Lilly is a chihuahua mixed with a pug. Kisses, sleeping and TREATS make her one happy “Chug!” She even has her own Instagram, so go follow her!
"Be you! Everyone else is already taken." - Oscar Wilde
Natione, Dental Assistant
I am the newest and youngest member of the Silberman Dental Group! I have been in the dental field for a year and a half now. I can honestly say I love everything about my job! I became a dental assistant through study at the College of Southern Maryland and went on to get my radiology license short after completing the program. Although my time here has been short, I am convinced that I work with one of the best dentist’s in Maryland! Dr. Silberman and the whole team work well together and strive to provide excellent dental care to all of our patients! I am honored to work among such awesome individuals. In my spare time I love to model, spend time with my family, catch up on the latest reality TV, and cuddle with my dog! One thing you won’t catch me watching is a Redskins football game. I know our dental team still loves me even though I don’t have the passion about football! And, Barbara says I made a great impression at the interview because Doc hired me even though I have no interest in the Redskins!

Jen, Registered Dental Hygienist
I moved to this area about a year ago from the west coast. It was bittersweet to leave the place where I had patient relationships for almost 10 years. Now being a part of The Silberman Dental Group has made me feel part of a dental family again, not only with the staff but also with our patients as well. I am blessed and proud to work in a group where everyone likes their job, patient care comes first, and dentistry is not just about the bottom line. I received my degree from ASU in Savannah, Ga and participate in annual continuing education to keep informed of current research, products, and techniques.
Outside of work I enjoy my family, their many activities and becoming part of the Waldorf community. I’m excited to be here and can’t wait to meet all of you.

Jeni, Registered Dental Hygienist, Certified Dental Assistant
I’ve been in the dental field for over 20 years. I began my career as a Dental Assistant in 1991. After 20 wonderful years as a dental assistant, I decided to further my education and return to school to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. I enjoy educating my patients on the importance of home care and regular dental checkups. The mouth is the gateway to good/overall health and prevention is the key. As a member of The Silberman Dental Group, I take pride in making my patients comfortable in the dental chair. The practice is very family oriented and we want all our patients to feel at home. I enjoy working with such a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor and staff. When I’m not at work, you may see me on a football/baseball field or alongside a basketball court cheering on my two boys while they play ball!!
